How It Works
The Custom Order Process
1. Enquiry
Contact us with your ideas, inspiration photos, measurements, or sketches.
2. Design & Quote
We’ll discuss your project, timber options, finishes, and dimensions before providing a detailed quote.
3. Deposit
A deposit is required to secure your booking and allow us to source materials and begin production.
4. Handcrafted Build
Your piece is carefully handcrafted using sustainably sourced Australian timber and traditional woodworking techniques combined with modern craftsmanship.
5. Product Completion
Once your custom woodwork project is complete, the remaining balance is due.
5. Collection & Delivery
Custom orders available for local collection and Australia-wide delivery can be arranged.
Changes & Cancellations
Because custom orders are made specifically for each customer, design changes may not be possible once production has begun. Additional charges may apply for requested changes. Deposits are generally non-refundable once materials have been purchased or work has commenced.
