All of our boards and products are backed by a Lifetime Warranty, which covers craftsmanship, production quality, and structural integrity under normal use. However, this warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

• Placing boards in the dishwasher (on any cycle)

• Leaving boards submersed in water for a period of time 

• Exposing boards to extreme heat, such as placing hot pans or pots directly from the stove or BBQ onto the surface

These actions can cause the natural timber fibres to expand and contract, leading to cracking, splitting, and dryness. Such damage will significantly reduce the lifespan of your board and will void the warranty.

We proudly describe our boards as "Perfectly Imperfect." Each one is crafted from reclaimed, reused, and recycled timbers, meaning no two are ever the same. You may notice natural variations such as discolouration, knots, filled nail holes (completely food-safe), burn marks, or surface scratches. These unique characteristics are not flaws—they’re part of the board’s story and charm, making each piece truly one-of-a-kind.
